STEEL MIRACLE

The mechanical design that made the realization of our timepiece possible is far from the normal canons of watchmaking, a detail that makes this instrument even more unique and original.

​

In detail, the outer body and the lower ring are obtained from the hexagonal nut, while the internal body is obtained from its relative screw according to suitable processes that respect the design data.

 

Careful processing of materials allows us to proceed with the final assembly. We did not consider pieces obtained through bending, molding, plastic deformation or die-casting.

 

All the details are obtained by machining a solid part on a machine tool. Do not forget the customizable surface finishes  and the finishes on the winding crown with embossing of the Rdb logo.

 

A curious detail is the always coincident position of the double serial number on the internal and external cases, detail guaranteed by an alignment and anti-rotation device designed during the design phase and implemented during the assembly phases.

 

The entire production  takes place in Brianza thanks to a pool of selected mechanical workshops.
